I love beauty, compassion, healing, laughter, friendship, and well I quess you get the picture by now.

For those of you who don't know who I am, let me introduce myself.  I came to Owensboro when I was six years old, and with the exception of a couple of years, have lived here ever since.  (Now, if you do know me, you know that's been awhile)  I truly love Owensboro.  This is where I chose to have and to raise my children.

My family has been in the beauty business for about 35 years and 3 generations ago.  Since my children and myself have been involved, we have added services for inward beauty also.  Because, we feel that to be beautiful on the outside, you must also be beautiful on the inside.  On the other hand you can be beautiful on the inside and not put forth the effort to be as beautiful as you can be on the outside.  (Someone once said:  Any old barn can use a fresh coat of paint.)

I keep a picture of my great-grandmother  close by, to remind me, that you can be beautiful on the inside without, so called, outward beauty.  But I also keep a picture of my mother close by to remind me how important it is to Be beautiful and Look beautiful.  (I just happened to think, I also have pictures of some people who are not beautiful inside or out, but we won't go there now.)

The purpose for this article is to fill you in on the many ways to improve ourselves, whether it be fashion tips, make-up tips, health matters, or just fun stuff.  If you have questions, please write and I will find you an answer.  In the meantime, keep a smile on your face.  That's where it all starts!
